### **GENERAL MANAGER – HEAD OF SALES – COMPLIANCE COLLABORATOR**

Since 2016 General Manager, Head of Sales and Compliance Collaborator of Goodwill Asset Management. Walter Valli has over thirty years’ experience in financial advisory. Creator, founder and director of the first Italian company with commercial proxy authorized by Bank of Italy to act on currencies (Euroforex SpA). From 2011 to 2015 he was President of P4B Network Srl, a business consulting company. From 2005 to 2010 he was first General Manager then CEO and a Sales Manager of Euroforex Finance SpA. From 2000 to 2007 he was a Board member of Agilent Technologies Italy SpA, of Hewlett-Packard Italiana SpA and of other companies in the Hewlett-Packard Group, of which he was Chairman of the Employees’ Pension Fund and “Manager” of the Fund for Covip during 2003-2005. From 1996 to 2005 he was a Board member of Euroforex SpA, acting for the Commercial department and keeping relations with Supervisory Bodies. From 1988 to 1993 he was a Financial Consultant and shareholder in Fiduciaria di Gestione (Olivetti Family). From 1984 to 1988 he was Prime Consult SpA (Fiat-MPS Group) Financial Advisor.

Goodwill Asset Management SA manages portfolios on accounts held in the client's own name at the Swiss bank the client chooses, provides independent financial advice on a fee basis, and assists with setting up companies and with moving residence to Switzerland. Offices in Chiasso, Canton of Ticino, 250 metres from the railway station and the customs post.
